Why get a Home Inspection

RESIDENTIAL HOME INSPECTION -  A home inspection is a non-invasive, objective visual examination of the physical structure and systems of a house, from the roof to the foundation.  The standard home inspector’s report will cover the condition of the home’s heating system; central air conditioning system (temperature permitting); interior plumbing and electrical systems; the roof, attic and visible insulation; walls, ceilings, floors, windows and doors; the foundation, basement and structural components.

4Point and Wind Mitigation Inspection

4 POINT AND WIND MITIGATION INSPECTION -  A “4Point Inspection” focuses only on four main areas of interest in a home: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) Electrical wiring and panels, Plumbing connections and fixtures, and the roof.

A Wind Mitigation Inspection is a great tool to reduce your overall cost when it comes to your homeowners insurance as it may result in discounts to your policy to help save money.

Sewer Scope Inspection

SEWER SCOPE INSPECTION- During a full home inspection, we run the water to uncover possible drainage issues, but that does not tell us the full condition of what is underneath the home line to the city connection. Cracks, leaks and roots can cause issues to the sewer line and we run a full scope with video to the city connector to find any of those potential issues.
