How do I make Payment?
The introductory email you received contains a link to pay via Credit Card, ACH or at Closing if you are a VIP Client. Completing your payment option in advance will reduce reporting delays. Our Inspectors can accept Credit Card, Check or exact Cash Payment on site.
Where do I sign my Agreements?
The introductory email you received contains a link to electronically sign your Inspection Agreement and your Waiver of Services. Signing these in advance of your inspection will eliminate any reporting delays.
When can I expect my Reports?
Rock Solid offers same day reporting for:
- Full Home Inspections, 4Point Inspections, Wind Mitigations, Sewer Scopes and Enhanced Pool Inspections are available same day.
- Mold Inspections will be received form the lab within 48-72 Business Hours.
- Water Testing within 5-7 Business Days.
- WDO Inspections (up to 24 hours),
Where do I locate my Insurance Reports?
We will provide links to your reports at the time of they are published, paid for, and agreement signed. Reports are typically ready same day.
Where do I locate my WDO/Termite?
3rd party reports like WDO / Termite usually take 24 hours to process. We will send that to you directly as soon as they are ready.
