How do I make Payment?
The introductory email you received contains a link to pay via Credit Card, ACH or at Closing if you are a VIP Client. Completing your payment option in advance will reduce reporting delays. Our Inspectors can accept Credit Card, Check or exact Cash Payment on site.
Where do I sign my Agreements?
The introductory email you received contains a link to electronically sign your Inspection Agreement and your Waiver of Services. Signing these in advance of your inspection will eliminate any reporting delays.
When can I expect my Reports?
Rock Solid offers same day reporting for:
- Full Home Inspections, 4Point Inspections, Wind Mitigations, Sewer Scopes and Enhanced Pool Inspections are available same day.
- Mold Inspections will be received form the lab within 48-72 Business Hours.
- Lead Based Paint and Water Testing within 5-7 Business Days.
- Third Party Inspections such as WDO (up to 24 hours), Radon or Dock and Seawall Inspections can be 1-3 Business Days.
Where do I locate my Insurance Reports?
In your Home Gauge account you can find your 4Point Inspection and/or Wind Mitigation report as a PDF attachment under the Attachments section of your report. You can scroll or click on the table of contents to find the Attachment Section.
Where do I locate my WDO/Termite?
In your Home Gauge account you can find your WDO/Termite report as a PDF attachment under the Attachments section of your report. You can scroll or click on the table of contents to find the Attachment Section. If the WDO/Termite report is received after the full home inspection is completed it will be sent via email to you by our office.
